January 2018 Dinner menu plan.  This plan has been created to assist me with keeping on track for the 2018 January Pantry Challenge and to help me keep it keto. The best way to fail at the keto lifestyle is to not have a plan. I’ve learned this. The hard way.

Below will be a list of the meals that I have planned to create for the month of January and as I create them I will share (link) recipes and or videos.  I will endeavor to share the nutritional information for each as well.
