Ingredients
  

  • 1 pint ground beef
  • 1 pint ground sausage
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup bell pepper (diced)
  • 3/4 cup onion (1/4 cup if freeze dried)
  • 1/4 cup celery
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Empty jars of meat into pan and cook to drain off any liquid
  • Add herbs, spices and veggies, mix well
  • Add flour, mix well
  • Add broth and simmer for 5 minutes
  • Fold in cooked rice, simmer for 5 more minutes and serve
