I ran across your channel on Utube and just loved it! you felt like a long time friend who is down to earth. I am new to canning (just started 1 month ago and already have my freezers empty and working on more! having a ball doing it too! I got the presto digital canning machine ( I am too busy to babysit a canner) I do have a question, I see and understand canning for ingredients, however, with the meat canning, beef in particular, why doesn’t anyone can with bay leaves?

Thank you! Bay leaves become more pungent and bitter when added to canning. That is why they are left out of canning projects. I hope that helps.
