Ugly Chicken Casserole

A quick and easy dinner on those busy nights. Feel free to adapt to your preferences and add veggies so that it’s a complete meal, or serve your veggie of choice on the side.

Ugly Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pint ugly chicken
  • 1 can (10.5oz each) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • .5 cups bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Evenly place ugly chicken in the bottom of an ungreased baking dish. I use a 2qt size dish.
  • Spoon and evenly spread condensed soup over the chicken
  • Evenly sprinkle shredded cheese over the soup
  • In a seperate bowl, mix the bread crumbs and butter, mix well. Then spread evenly over the cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
