Ingredients

black beans

can enchilada sauce

can
diced tomatoes

tbsp
olive oil

tbsp
minced garlic

diced onion
1/2
tbsp
cumin
1/2
tbsp
smoked paprika
salt and pepper to taste

oz
shredded cheese of your choice
Instructions
Place olive oil in pan, heat and add garlic and onion. Sautee
Next add diced tomatoes and enchilada sauce
Add cumin and smoked paprika, salt and pepper to taste
Add black beans and mix well
Top with shredded cheese and bake at 450 for 10 minutes
