Garlic Salmon Linguine

A quick, easy and light dish that you can customize to your favorite ingredients. This recipe is a simple suggestion. Use it as a launching pad for your own fantastic salmon linguine

  • 1 jar Canned Salmon
  • 1 TBSP Minced Garlic
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil


  • Place the linguine noodles in a pot of boiling water. Cookd to desired consistancy.
    Drain the liquid from the canned salmon and place salmon in a pan with some olive oil.
    Add the minced garlic
    Add the chopped spinach
    Add the halved tomatoes
    Add the salt & pepper to taste
    Once the pasta is cooked, drain the liquid and add the pasta to the salmon mixture in the pan.
    Mix well together
    Serve topped with shredded mozzerella or parmesean cheese.
