Amazing Fiesta Chicken Pasta from our home-canned pantry is a staple around these parts. It’s kid-friendly, wallet-friendly, and pantry-friendly. If planned properly, most will already have a lot of these ingredients in their pantries.

Amazing Fiesta Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pasta shells or 8 oz pasta of your choice
  • 1 pint ugly chicken
  • 2 10z cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can rotel or salsa
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups fiesta blend cheese
  • 1 tbsp fiesta ranch mix

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta, drain and return to pot
  • Add remainig ingredients and mix well with pasta, reserving 1/2 of the cheese
  • Place mixture into a 9×13 baking sheet, top with remaining cheese
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

    I made this last week and this week. It was so good and a hit with the family. I cooked more pasta this time because that’s what I like and added sliced black olives. Thank you! YUM!

    This was unbelievably delicious!! I didn’t understand #fiestaranchworlddomination until I made this. In fact, I had never had fiesta ranch until I made this. I had to drive 15 miles to get a packet to make this recipe, and I’m super glad I did!! This was a big hit with my picky eaters!!! Loved it!! And love your channel!!
