Cranberry Appetizer and Dessert

This Cranberry Appetizer and Dessert are scrumptious and good for any occasion.

Cranberry Appetizer and Dessert

Ingredients
  

Cranberry Meatballs & Sausages

  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 can cranberry sauce
  • 2 lbs frozen meatballs
  • 14 oz smokey links

Cranberry Orange Bars

  • 2 boxes puff pastry
  • 2 bricks cream cheese
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/3 – 1/2 can cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions
 

Cranberry Meatballs & Sausages

  • Mix all ingredients well into a crockpot
  • Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours, stirring occassionaly to coat the meatballs and sausages well.
  • Serve with appetizer forks or toothpicks

Cranberry Orange Bars

  • mix cream cheese, cranberry sauce, orange juice, orange zest together well
  • coat 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray
  • place puff pastry on the bottom of the baking dish until covered
  • spread mixture on top of puff pastry
  • place puff pastry on top of mixture
  • spread butter (melted or soft) over the puff pastry
  • sprinkle sugar across the top
  • bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees
