Soft, Chewy, and so Delicious! Cranberry Orange Oatmeal Cookies are the best and so easy to make.

Cranberry Orange Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups dried cranberries
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 – 1 1/2 tsp orange zest

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Mix butter and sugar until well incorporated
  • Add eggs, cranberries and vanilla and mix well
  • Add remaining ingredients until well mixed
  • If using a small scoop bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes
  • If using a medium scoop bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
