Mexican Pork Stew
- 1 pint ugly pork
- 1 can rotel
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can/jar whole corn
- 1 large onion (or quarter cup of freeze dried onions)
- 1/4 cup dehydrated carrots (or 2 large diced carrots)
- Empty all contents into the pot and heat until all freeze dried items are refreshed.
